Profile: Scott Sacknoff
For more than 20 years, Mr. Sacknoff has provided clients with value-added analyses and idea processing. In particular, he has accurately analyzed the emergence of the commercial satellite and space industry, worked with financiers and investors, and assisted entrepreneurs in defining their plans. As the author of the "State of the Space Industry" and other publications, he has consulted with clients seeking strategic and business guidance and has participated in the due diligence process related to acquisitions and investments. His clients have included firms involved with satellite manufacturing and space infrastructure, financial organizations, government organizations - plus several interesting technology start-ups.

In particular, Mr. Sacknoff is known for his insights into the "business of space" and where it is headed. His outlooks have been widely sought in the business press and industry journals.

Mr. Sacknoff also serves as the manager of SPADE Defense Index (NYSE: DXS), an investment benchmark for firms operating in the defense, homeland security, and space sector.
